Residential Spec Homes and Master Planned Communities
Since 2005 I have worked for both national builders (Shea Homes) as well as local builders (S&S Homes and John Balfanz Homes) and love the process of creating communities from finding the piece of dirt, developing the neighborhood and floorplan layouts, all the way to handing the keys over to the new homeowners. I am currently a proud part of the S&S Homes team where we are building in Kern County and San Luis Obispo County.
Land Acquisition/ Land Development
Following in the footsteps of my late grandfather, Earle Gibbons, I love being a part of the process of finding a piece of dirt and developing it into something beautiful and useable.
From representing builders purchasing raw dirt or AG land for development into single-family homes, to helping farmers sell or lease property for a new usage, I’ll be there to make the process as seamless as possible.
Television
With my experience as part of the build team for Extreme Makeover Home Edition in 2019, I had the opportunity to make some amazing connections in the Real Estate Reality TV world. My latest opportunity was consulting home sellers on "Buy My House" which is currently streaming on Netflix. I worked with MysticArt on casting this incredible show and then Critical Content on the production side. Reality Television is a fast paced and exciting environment that I love being a part of.
Real Estate Tech
In 2017 I created a Masterclass empowering homeowners to sell their home on their own without using a traditional agent. In launching this course, I was able to make some great contacts in the Real Estate Tech world with companies such as Opendoor, Homie, and Beycome.
